Three layer soft shell.

  • Warm backed stretch soft shell fabric has a 96% polyester/4% elastane outer.
  • Outer layer made from at least 50% recycled polyester.
  • Isotex® 5000 waterproof with taped seams, wind resistant and breathable membrane dropliner.
  • Concealed hood with polyamide lining.
  • Collar high full length zip with chin guard and storm flap.
  • Right chest showerproof zip pocket.
  • Two water repellent front zip pockets.
  • Reflective piping to pockets.
  • Adjustable cuffs and drawcord hem.
  • Cut out label.
  • Zip access for decoration.

All customised products are sent out within 2wks of the order being placed. If there is any delay e.g. stock availability, production issues our customer services team will contact you.

We offer free delivery for orders £100 and above, any orders below £100 will be charged at £6.95. 

Orders are delivered using a Royal Mail Tracked 24hrs Service.  

Returns

Please note any customised or bespoke items (e.g. initials, special sizes),  cannot be returned for a refund or exchange, unless the garment is faulty.

The customer must notify Smarty Threads of any missing items or damages within 48hrs of receiving their order. 

We also do not provide a refund/exchange for Clearance Products.

The cost of postage and packaging for returning the items will be paid for by the customer. 

We do not provide exchanges, the customer must return their previous order and place a new order. 

 

Our return’s policy is a full refund on all purchases 14 days from the date of dispatch of the order. 

All payments are made securely via the website and our Secure payment gateway. We do not hold any customer in line with our GDPR policy.
