190T PVC coated StormDri 2000 polyester.

  • Waterproof 2000mm with taped seams.
  • Windproof.
  • Hood with tear release closure.
  • Jacket has full length zip, vented back, underarm ventilation eyelets, two front pockets, inner storm cuffs and adjustable drawcord hem.
  • Reflective safety triangles to front and back.
  • Trousers have elasticated waistband, slit access to pockets.
  • Open leg ends with snap adjusters.
  • Comes in zip closing branded carry bag.
  • Cut out label.

All customised products are sent out within 2wks of the order being placed. If there is any delay e.g. stock availability, production issues our customer services team will contact you.

We offer free delivery for orders £100 and above, any orders below £100 will be charged at £6.95. 

Orders are delivered using a Royal Mail Tracked 24hrs Service.  

Returns

Please note any customised or bespoke items (e.g. initials, special sizes),  cannot be returned for a refund or exchange, unless the garment is faulty.

The customer must notify Smarty Threads of any missing items or damages within 48hrs of receiving their order. 

We also do not provide a refund/exchange for Clearance Products.

The cost of postage and packaging for returning the items will be paid for by the customer. 

We do not provide exchanges, the customer must return their previous order and place a new order. 

 

Our return’s policy is a full refund on all purchases 14 days from the date of dispatch of the order. 

All payments are made securely via the website and our Secure payment gateway. We do not hold any customer in line with our GDPR policy.
