Recycled polyester. Kangaroo pocket. Brushed-back fleece. Ribbed cuffs and hem. Twin-needle detail. Buttonhole stitched eyelets. Cords with painted metal ends. Dropped shoulder design. Unisex fit. Soft feel. Inner brushed fleece. We recommend using block out vinyl and inks. Product contains no branded neck or waist label. Removable Kimble or looped garment tags. Inner seam label holds important product information on one label with a second label containing brand information which can be cut-away.

Made from a quality blend of cotton and recycled polyester, this fabric is gentle on the skin and breathable while also being durable.

All customised products are sent out within 2wks of the order being placed. If there is any delay e.g. stock availability, production issues our customer services team will contact you.

We offer free delivery for orders £100 and above, any orders below £100 will be charged at £6.95. 

Orders are delivered using a Royal Mail Tracked 24hrs Service.  

Returns

Please note any customised or bespoke items (e.g. initials, special sizes),  cannot be returned for a refund or exchange, unless the garment is faulty.

The customer must notify Smarty Threads of any missing items or damages within 48hrs of receiving their order. 

We also do not provide a refund/exchange for Clearance Products.

The cost of postage and packaging for returning the items will be paid for by the customer. 

We do not provide exchanges, the customer must return their previous order and place a new order. 

 

Our return’s policy is a full refund on all purchases 14 days from the date of dispatch of the order. 

All payments are made securely via the website and our Secure payment gateway. We do not hold any customer in line with our GDPR policy.
