All customised products are sent out within 2wk of the order being placed. If there is any delay e.g. stock availability, production issues our customer services team will contact you.

We offer free delivery for order £100 and above, any orders below £100 will be charged at £6.95. 

Orders are delivered using a Royal Mail Tracked 24hrs Service.  

Please note any customised or bespoke items (e.g. initials, special sizes),  cannot be returned for a refund or exchange, unless the garment is faulty.

The customer must notify Smarty Threads of any missing items or damages within 48hrs of receiving their order. 

We also do not provide a refund/exchange for Clearance Products.

The cost of postage and packaging for returning the items will be paid for by the customer. 

We do not provide exchanges, the customer must return their previous order and place a new order. 

Our return’s policy is a full refund on all purchases 14 days from the date of dispatch of the order. It is subject to the following conditions and does not affect your statutory rights.

1.The items are returned in their original packaging, with all labels and tags still attached.

2.The items have not been worn.

3.The items have not been washed or dry cleaned.

4.The items are in their original condition. (i.e. no cigarette smoke odours or animal hair)

5. Products are not customised e.g. printed, embroidered to customers requirements. 

In either case the a note on the dispatch note must be included to show items have been sent back.
